At present, there are many types of chemical industries being set up. All these chemical industries have different purposes. Some of these chemical industries just deal in the testing process of different chemicals and their reaction with other chemicals. Whereas some of them are used for manufacturing different products. Even, we people also use some of these products in our day to day life. Like the perfumes, soaps, detergents, pesticides, insect repellents, paints, inks, etc. There are some good chemicals also which we use in our food, which is not harmful to our health and does not harm us after consuming them. Even our medicines also have chemicals. But all these are tested before they are sold in the market.
How these chemicals are formed and tested
To form these chemicals be it the soap or be it any medicine or any insect repellent, different equipment and machinery are used. Like some industries use industrial mixers for mixing chemicals, and the other industries used process equipment for processing the chemicals. These chemicals are first checked on different animals to check the reaction. Most of the times, they are being used on rats for testing whether they are safe or not.
Even the cosmetics which we use or the shampoos we use, they also have chemicals in them. Many industries check them twice, first before they start processing, they check the chemicals individually. Later on, they check when the product is formed. Before launching the product in the market, it is tested and is only launched when is found safe.
